The Self-Guided Extraction generates a personalized AI Brain and agent prompt built specifically from the conversation you have with us — once that build completes, it can't be resold or reused for anyone else, so we treat completed builds as final.
If something goes wrong on our end — a technical failure prevents your extraction from completing, or the documents you receive are clearly broken or incomplete — contact us within 7 days of purchase at aifitnessprofessional@gmail.com and we'll make it right, including a refund if we can't fix it.
If you haven't started your extraction yet and change your mind, reach out before beginning the conversation and we'll refund you in full.
